In 1998 Paul left the corporate sector for
higher education to help create a new online

as an economic sector locally, nationally, and
internationally and helped found a special interest
group for e-learning in Vancouver, B.C. This
group has evolved into the BC eLearning Alliance,
a consortium of e-learning companies working
together to develop their business through cooperation
and make Vancouver an internationally recognized
centre for e-learning excellence.
A frequent e-learning speaker and workshop leader
Paul writes a monthly e-learning column for T-Net,
the online portal for BC's high tech industry.
